About the Role:
Haystek Technologies is looking for a highly proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing HR team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, forward thinking, and a problem-solving mindset who can take ownership of hiring requirements from sourcing to closure. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology workplace, understand technical hiring requirements, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and initial screening through interview coordination, selection & joining.
Understand technical JDs and translate hiring requirements into effective candidate sourcing and screening strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, skilled networks, databases, and other creative sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates on experience, technical exposure, communication,



career motivation, notice period, compensation, and overall suitability.
Demonstrate sufficient technical understanding to engage candidates and assess their familiarity with technologies such as AI/ML, PHP, mobile applications, cloud technologies, UI/UX, Sales, APIs, and related software development concepts.
Work closely with technical interviewers and hiring managers to understand requirements, collect feedback, and drive candidates through the process.
Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, group discussions, and other stages of the recruitment process efficiently.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and interview panels to ensure there are no unnecessary delays in the hiring process.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
Proactively identify sourcing challenges, candidate drop-offs, process gaps,
