ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a data-driven and motivated MIS Executive to join our team in Jammu. The primary responsibility is to manage large datasets, create automated reports, and provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is a "good thinker" who goes beyond data entry to identify trends and patterns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report Generation: Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Data Analysis: Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to summarize complex data.
- Insights & Visualization: Transform raw numbers into actionable business insights and visual dashboards.
- Presentations: Create skilled PowerPoint (PPT) decks for management reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Data Integrity: Apply validation rules to ensure 100% accuracy in all outgoing reports and online sheets.
- Process Automation:



Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks to save time and reduce errors.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & TOOLS

- Advanced Excel: Mastery of nested formulas, data cleaning, and reporting rules.
- Online Sheets: Expert handling of Google Sheets (Query functions, Import Range, and Sharing permissions).
- Data Tools: Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is highly preferred.
- Presentation: Strong hands-on experience in PPT creation (SmartArt, Charts, and Infographics).
