3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
4. Ensure the best practices in software development are followed and maintain high standards of quality.
5. Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and implement improvements.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Skill Requirements

Proficiency in angular framework for frontend development.
2. Robust expertise in full stack .net development, including c#, asp.net mvc, .net core, and entity framework.
3. In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies such as html, css, and javascript.
4. Experience in designing and developing restful apis.
5. Familiarity with database technologies like sql server or mysql.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a development team.
