Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits to inspect installations and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and electricals.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for MEP projects.
Job Requirements :
- 10-23 years of experience in managing MEP projects in the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP), including HVAC system design and installation.
- Experience with fire fighting system design and implementation is essential.
