Elite & Precise Medical Billing, LLC is looking for a qualified Medical Coder to join our team for an on-site position.

This opportunity is for a serious, dependable skilled who has strong medical coding knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical billing environment.

Position: Medical Coder

Work Location: On-Site — Mohali Distirct

Employment Type: (Full-Time)

Schedule: (Night Shift India's Time Zone)

Responsibilities

- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Verify documentation supports reported diagnoses and procedures.
- Apply appropriate modifiers and coding guidelines.
- Identify coding errors, missing documentation, and potential claim issues.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.
- Follow payer requirements, CPT, ICD-10-CM, NCCI,



and applicable CMS guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with billing and administrative staff regarding coding questions.

Qualifications

- Previous professional medical coding experience required.
- CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Understanding of E/M coding and medical documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Experience with medical billing software/EMR systems preferred.
