1. Basic Purpose of the Position The incumbent is responsible for managing implementation of MEP services in a project to ensure timeliness and quality of MEP activities. This is done through:

tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Management

Consultants/ MEP contractors

driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms timely resolution of issues implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location

Identifies suitable vendors for various contracts

Education

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, with 10.2 years of experience in

Qualification &

Experience handling projects

Threshold Education BE Mech/Electrical Engg 5-8 years of experience in construction industry as MEP

Qualification &

Experience project manager. Experience in managing consultants and contractors in order to complete goals, objectives and schedules.
