About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in industrial fabrication and manufacturing. You will play a key role in overseeing shop floor operations, ensuring that all structural equipment and industrial components are manufactured accurately and efficiently to meet project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop fabrication and manufacturing activities.
- Read, interpret, and execute technical engineering drawings, including piping and drain layout designs.
- Oversee the manufacturing processes for industrial components such as storage tanks, leak sealing clamps, and demister pads.
- Perform weight calculations, material estimations, and technical documentation for ongoing projects.
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and finished fabricated components to ensure precision and compliance with client specifications.
- Coordinate with local hardware and electrical vendors to ensure the timely procurement of operational materials.
- Work closely with the shop floor workforce to optimize production processes, maintain safety standards,



and minimize material waste.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, welding, machining, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and layout designs.
- Hands-on experience with industrial components and structural equipment is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the capacity to manage and guide workshop personnel effectively.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
