MATLAB Trainee - Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented fresh graduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) to join our team as a MATLAB Trainee. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on research-oriented and industry-focused projects involving MATLAB programming, signal processing, image processing, antenna design, communication systems, and model-based system development.
The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in real-time projects, research activities, simulation environments, and technical documentation while building strong expertise in ECE-related domains.
Key Responsibilities
MATLAB Development & Simulation
- Develop, simulate, and analyze engineering models using MATLAB and Simulink.
- Work on system-level simulation and model-based design projects.
- Design, implement, and validate algorithms for signal processing and communication applications.
Image Processing & Signal Processing
- Develop and implement algorithms related to:
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Image Processing
- Biomedical Signal Analysis
- Radar Signal Processing
- Machine Learning-based Signal and Image Applications
- Utilize MATLAB, Python, and OpenCV for project implementation and testing.
Antenna Design & RF Applications
- Design and simulate antennas using MATLAB, HFSS, CST, ADS, and related tools.
- Perform antenna performance analysis and optimization.
- Support RF and wireless communication-related projects.
Research & Academic Projects
- Assist in the implementation and execution of:
- B.Tech Projects
- M.Tech Projects
- MS Research Projects
- PhD Research Projects
- Contribute to innovative research and solution development.
- Support publication activities including journals and conference papers.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical documentation, simulation reports,
presentations, and project records.
- Maintain proper documentation of project outcomes and performance improvements.
- Assist in creating technical content, publications, and research reports.
Mentoring & Collaboration
- Guide students and researchers on project development.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest developments in:
- MATLAB & Simulink
- Signal Processing
- Image Processing
- Wireless Communication
- Antenna Design
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Applications in ECE
Scope of WorkResearch & Development Projects Candidates will be actively involved in:
- MATLAB-based academic and industrial projects.
- Wireless communication and antenna design projects.
- Signal and image processing applications.
- Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electric Drives, and Control Systems simulations.
- Model-based design and system-level development.
Academic Research Support
- Implementation of student projects.
- Research paper development.
- Technical report preparation.
- Simulation and result validation.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of MATLAB and Simulink.
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts.
- Basic understanding of Antenna Design and Wireless Communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Interest in research, simulation, and technology development.

- Exposure to research publications and technical paper writing.
Training & Employment Structure
- Initial training period based on interview performance.
- Hands-on exposure to real-time projects and research activities during training.
- Continuous mentoring from experienced engineers and researchers.
Compensation
- Post-Training Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Annual Increment: ₹5,000 per year
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 3 Years
- Full-time employment upon successful completion of training.
