Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement community development and social welfare programmes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CSR partners, NGOs, government departments, donors, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct community surveys, needs assessments, field visits, and social impact studies.
- Prepare project proposals, CSR proposals, grant applications, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate awareness programmes, health camps, educational initiatives, and social outreach activities.
- Liaise with government agencies for welfare schemes and institutional support.
- Organize meetings, workshops, seminars, training programmes, and community engagement activities.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and Gujarati.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, MIS reports, and records.
- Assist the management in planning and executing social development projects.
- Travel within Gujarat as and when required for institutional and community work.
Educational Qualification
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in NGOs, educational institutions, CSR projects, social development organizations, or community-based programmes.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong academic credentials may also apply.
Essential Skills
- Fluency in English and Gujarati (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of CSR, government welfare schemes, and community development programmes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per month
