1. Liaising between plant and HO
2. Factory administration
3. Interaction with government bodies etc.
4. Fulfillment of all statutory requirements.
5. Commercial negotiations , execution of site work and current process implementations.

Required Candidate profile We prefer someone with 10 -12 years of experience as Works Manager or as Admin & Liaison Manager in any SME Sized manufacturing plant. Hindi fluency is mandatory.
