Experience : 2+ years
Location : Guindy, Chennai
Roles & Responsibility :
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works.
- Attend daily maintenance requests and resolve issues on time.
- Inspect lighting, panels, water supply, drainage, doors, windows, and furniture.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Maintain service records and ensure smooth facility operations.
