- Design, develop, test, and deploy COBOL programs for mainframe applications.
- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to DBMS (CICS) and VSAM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in mainframe production support.
- Troubleshoot complex problems using debugging tools such as print statements and trace facilities.
