Focus Area: Precision Machining | Industrial Valves | NPD

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end NPD from RFQ to SOP
- Drive industrial valve development and manufacturing feasibility
- Review drawings, specifications & GD&T;
- Develop machining processes, routing, tooling, fixtures & SOPs
- Lead prototypes, trials and process validation
- Drive APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC & MSA activities
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Foundry, Maintenance, Purchase & customers
- Lead Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing & cost-reduction initiatives
- Mentor the Engineering & NPD team and ensure timely project execution

What Were Looking For

Strong expertise in industrial valve development & precision machining

Hands-on knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, tooling & fixture development

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T; & process planning

Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC & MSA

Experience with UG NX, Mastercam, AutoCAD, Creo or SolidWorks

Strong leadership, project management & problem-solving skills,
