Role & responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations in the machine shop to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Develop and implement production processes and procedures.

- Troubleshoot machinery and production issues promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.

- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.

- Proven experience in machine shop operations and production management.

- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
