Job Title: Logistics Executive

Reports To: Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination of Shipments:

o Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as shipping, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.

o Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.

1. Documentation and Compliance:

o Prepare shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists). o Ensure compliance with local, international, and company-specific regulations regarding logistics and transportation.

o Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of all original logistics documents. (Addition)

1. Supplier & Vendor Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers. o Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
1. Logistics Optimization:

o Implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency.



o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times,

transportation costs, and delivery.

1. Problem-Solving:

o Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries. o Identify and mitigate risks within the logistics processes.
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Track and analyze logistics costs and performance metrics. o Generate and present periodic reports on logistics operations to management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Skills and Competencies:
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
