DASH Forward helps mid-to-senior professionals reposition their careers and land better roles after layoffs, career changes, or a frustrating job search.

I’m looking for someone to take real ownership of my LinkedIn content .

Not someone who just schedules posts.

Not someone who waits for me to tell them what to post.

I want someone who can take my ideas, stories, client conversations and random voice notes and turn them into content that people actually want to read.

And then look at what is working and tell me what we should do more of.

What you'll be doing

You’ll own my LinkedIn content from idea to publish-ready.

That means

- Writing LinkedIn posts in my voice
- Creating carousels
- Creating infographics
- Coming up with hooks and angles
- Planning the content calendar
- Repurposing my newsletters and other content
- Turning client stories and conversations into content
- Researching what my audience is talking about
- Looking at what is working on LinkedIn
- Suggesting new content ideas and formats
- Reviewing the numbers and figuring out what we should change
- Finding ways to grow the right audience
- Making sure the content supports the bigger DASH Forward business

I don't want to have to come to you every week with: “Here are 5 things to post.”

I want you to come to me and say:

“I think we should talk about this next.”

And tell me why.

What I'll give you

You won't be starting from a blank page.

I'll give you the raw material.

That could be

- A voice note
- A random thought
- A client story
- Something that happened on a call
- A newsletter
- A screenshot
- An opinion I have
- Something I'm seeing repeatedly in the job market

You take it from there. You turn it into something worth publishing.

You'd be a valuable fit if...





You understand LinkedIn beyond “post consistently.”

You can write.

You can make a good carousel.

You have an eye for easy, clean visual content.

You know what makes someone stop scrolling.

You can look at a post and explain why it worked.

You’re comfortable with Canva or similar tools.

You actually enjoy studying LinkedIn.

And you don't need me to hold your hand through every step.

Most importantly, you care about whether the content is positive , not just whether it went live.

Probably not a fit if...

You mainly know how to schedule posts.

You send everything through ChatGPT and call it done.

You need me to give you every idea.

You think LinkedIn growth means posting motivational quotes.

You can't show me things you've actually written or designed.

You want to manage 10 different social platforms at the same time.

I'm looking for someone who wants to own this , not just complete tasks.

One important thing For now, we're focusing entirely on LinkedIn.

That's it.

If we build something that works and the business grows, we'll eventually expand into YouTube and other platforms.

But I don't want someone trying to do everything from day one.

I want to get really good at one thing first.

This is a part-time contract role, with the opportunity to grow as DASH Forward grows. Please include your current availability (hours/week) and your expected monthly compensation when you apply.
