DESIGNATION
- LEGAL EXECUTIVE
- Assist in drafting and reviewing property-related agreements, notices, and legal documents.
- Conduct title searches, property document verification, and basic legal due diligence.
- Assist in RERA, redevelopment, land, society, and property-related matters.
- Coordinate with senior advocates, consultants, architects, and government authorities.
- Assist in court, RERA, municipal, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain case files, legal records, agreements, and property documents.
- Prepare legal research, notices, replies, and documentation as directed by Senior Advocate.
- Support the legal team in resolving property disputes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
