Job Summary

Prithvee Prop Mart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Leasing Manager with strong experience in leasing, sales, business development, or real estate transactions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leasing business, managing property owners and clients, conducting site visits, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for industrial and commercial properties.
- Handle leasing of warehouses, factories, industrial sheds, buildings, and commercial spaces.
- Identify and onboard new property owners and landlords.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct client meetings, property inspections, and site visits.
- Negotiate rental, security deposit, lease tenure, and other commercial terms.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop solid relationships with property owners, tenants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Maintain and expand the local market network.
- Keep track of available inventory, rental trends, and market demand.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update leads/property details in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Candidate Requirements




- 3–8 years of experience in Leasing, Real Estate Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the NCR market will be preferred.
- Experience in industrial/commercial property leasing will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads through networking, market visits, brokers, and direct sourcing.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to independently manage clients and close transactions.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
- Candidates from other leasing or business development industries with relevant experience may also apply.
