Lead Generation Team Lead IT/Software

Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to manage and drive our lead generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the lead generation team.
- Build and execute strategies for domestic & international lead generation.
- Generate qualified leads for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development.
- Manage LinkedIn, email outreach, cold prospecting, and other outbound channels.
- Monitor daily team performance, lead quality, and targets.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team for lead handover and conversions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of Team Leader experience in Lead Generation.
- Robust experience in IT/Software lead generation.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.

Salary: 40,000 – 60,000/month Location: Noida | Work From Office
