Hiring: Lead Generation Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Pink Shadow Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile Lead Generation Executive to drive both domestic and international client acquisition for our digital marketing and web solutions services.

Job Location: Bardhaman (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through online research and databases
- Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach campaigns
- Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour
- Understand client requirements and prepare initial communication
- Schedule meetings with the Business Development team
- Maintain lead pipeline and follow-ups
- Support international lead generation initiatives

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills (English is mandatory)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & web services




- Knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding
- Proactive, target-driven mindset

Experience: 1–3 years preferred What We Offer: Best Salary as per industry standard + Incentive
