Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in full-stack engineering and Microsoft Azure. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for defining technical direction, designing and delivering scalable web applications and APIs, and leading a team of engineers through the complete software development lifecycle. The role will drive architecture, engineering standards, delivery quality, team capability, and continuous improvement.

Experience with containers and AI services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development:

Use TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks to design, develop, and support responsive web applications and Single Page Applications (SPAs).

Design and develop robust APIs, microservices, and backend services using C# and .NET/.NET Core, with additional exposure to Python or Node.js for application-specific and enterprise-wide solutions.

Solid experience with both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), including design, optimization, and integration in cloud-based applications.

Cloud & Architecture:

Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, and Serverless architectures.

Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and Azure AI services is useful for AI features and integration.

DevOps & Automation:





Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines as code using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Promote development standards through automation, code reviews, and release management.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, setting clear technical direction, delivery priorities, and quality expectations.

Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business vision and requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Own technical planning, effort estimation, task allocation, dependency management, and delivery tracking across the team.

Lead architecture and design reviews, conduct code reviews, remove technical blockers, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Foster knowledge sharing, succession planning, continuous learning, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Lead Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Support:

Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and adherence to functional/non-functional requirements.

Provide Level 3 support for application incidents, including triaging, bug fixes, and patching.

Skills & Experience Required

10+ years of software development experience,



including strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET/.NET Core and React with JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python or Node.js is an advantage.

Proven experience in Azure Cloud Services, Databases, Serverless architectures, and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and AI/ML services is a plus.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in high-pressure environments.

Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams, owning delivery, resolving technical challenges, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Btech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

UI/UX experience is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have

Expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
