The role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging learning content, and ensuring programs are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis: Assess organizational skill gaps and collaborate with leaders to identify learning priorities.

Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement training programs (workshops, e-learning, coaching, simulations).

Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration.

Leadership Development: Support succession planning and leadership capability building.

Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.

Compliance: Ensure mandatory training requirements are met.

Innovation: Stay updated on L&D; trends, tools, and technologies to keep programs modern and effective.

Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to embed learning into everyday practices.
