Radiant Info Solutions is looking for a skilled and customer-focused L2 Support Engineer to join our technical support team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving escalated IT issues, troubleshooting infrastructure and end-user environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, good communication skills, and the ability to independently handle complex incidents while coordinating with L1 teams, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and IT peripherals.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.

Perform troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related network issues.

Support Windows operating systems, applications, user accounts,



and system configurations.

Assist with server, network, endpoint, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.

Support IT installations, upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure activities as required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.

Good understanding of networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / BE / equivalent IT qualification.
