Key Responsibilities

- Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.

- Support and implement solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP APO/PPDS.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and user stories.

- Work closely with business users, supply chain teams, and stakeholders.

- Configure and support planning processes related to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SOP, and Production Planning.

- Perform UAT, functional testing, and integration testing.

- Analyze and resolve functional issues in planning systems.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test cases, and user guides.

- Conduct user training and support business users during implementation and deployment.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and requirement discussions.

- Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.

- Support continuous improvement and optimization of supply chain planning processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Kinaxis RapidResponse - minimum 1 year hands-on experience.

- Strong functional experience in SAP APO.





- Solid functional experience in SAP PP/DS.

- Demand Planning and Supply Planning.

- SOP - Sales Operations Planning.

- Production Planning.

- Understanding of MRP, BOM, and Routing.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts and processes.

- Experience working as a Functional Consultant, not a pure technical/development profile.

- Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into user stories/functional requirements.

- Experience with UAT and Integration Testing.

- Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
