Zera Noya Dutch Bakery is hiring a Kitchen Operations Lead to run our kitchens day to day. We're a growing, close-knit team, and we're looking for someone to take ownership of how our kitchens run - planning production, guiding the team, and helping us build systems and processes as we scale.

What you'll do

- Plan daily and weekly production based on demand, pre-orders and stock
- Lead the kitchen team - rosters, delegation, coaching and performance
- Maintain quality and consistency across our Production and Assembly Kitchens
- Manage raw materials, stock levels and wastage
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Spot inefficiencies and build better systems as we grow

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years in baking/kitchen operations, including at least 2 years hands-on production and 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Someone who leads by example, treats people with respect,



and leads with humility
- Comfortable being hands-on as this is a working leadership role, not a desk job
- Enjoys leading people and wants to be part of something constantly evolving
