About the Role:

Equilibrio Advisory LLP is seeking a Junior Legal Associate for our Mumbai location. This is completely remote.

Should be invested and interested to work in the space of gender based issues, prevention of sexual harassment and other human rights and social causes.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our core team and partners , contributing to key legal projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities in areas of POSH include:

- Participate actively and provide logistical support in inquiries. Including report drafting for inquiries.
- Research and summarize latest case laws and legal updates .
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries on law-related topics. Assist in drafting company policies in line with legal requirements.
- Support in organizing POSHEquili annual workshops and other related events.
- Assist in preparing legal reports and statistics on sexual harassment across industries.




- Be proactive in handling ancillary legal and administrative work.

Skills Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Law- completed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in drafting detailed legal documents and reports.
- Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of POSH law.
- Robust organizational and time management skills . Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and travel as required.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
