Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Reconciliations: Execute daily and monthly RMS vs. NetSuite revenue reconciliations and complete 3-way matching across PMS (RMS), Bank Statements, and OTA Portals.
- Payment Processing Bank Clearance: Extract and classify bank statements twice daily and validate booking-level payments within defined SLA turnaround times.
- Cash Application Postings: Post receipts in NetSuite with complete booking details, manage unidentified collections, create AR codes, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Partner OTA Knock-offs: Validate OTA commissions against actual revenue, reconcile monthly partner statements, and perform line-item invoice-to-receipt matching.
- Invoice Verification GST Compliance: Verify invoice entries for GST compliance, align booking channels (RMS, Hobse, CV), and process BTC (Bill to Company) reports and No-Show retention fees
- Dispute Exception Management: Investigate short payments, cancellations, and incorrect AR entries; coordinate root-cause resolutions with property, CRS,



and sales teams.
- Reporting Governance: Track AR Aging, DSO, daily cash flows, and channel collections, while supporting internal and external audit schedules

The position would be fo Accounts Receivable (AR) Operations Hub (FA Domain) supporting a multi-property hospitality network across 60+ locations. The team manages end-to-end AR lifecycle operations utilizing Oracle NetSuite ERP and Resort Management Systems (RMS). The scope spans multi-channel revenue accounting including OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda), Corporate B2C Accounts, Travel Agent Wallets, and Direct Wallet Accounts.
