About the Role

At NymbleUp, we're building intelligent SaaS products that help multi-location businesses improve operations, workforce productivity, compliance, and customer experiences.

As a Product Manager , you will work closely with customers, engineering, design, and business teams to help shape and deliver impactful product solutions. You will play a key role in gathering customer insights, defining requirements, managing feature execution, and ensuring successful product adoption.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys solving customer problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to build products faster and smarter.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Discovery & Requirements Management

- Engage with customers, users, and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and product requirements.
- Conduct product discussions, requirement workshops, demos, and feedback sessions.
- Convert customer insights into well-structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Product Delivery & Execution
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scope, prioritize features, and drive timely execution.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and progress tracking.
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, support, and business teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

Product Launch & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in planning and executing product launches and feature rollouts.
- Monitor feature adoption, customer feedback, and product performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
- Support user training, release communication, and documentation efforts.





AI-Driven Product Management
- Utilize AI and GenAI tools to improve productivity across product management activities.
- Leverage AI for drafting PRDs, user stories, wireframes, release notes, testing scenarios, documentation, and market research.
- Explore automation opportunities to streamline workflows and accelerate decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to execution.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building impactful products.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to UI/UX design tools such as Figma
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-based applications.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for product management, research, or documentation.
- Prior exposure to retail technology, workforce management, automation, video analytics, or enterprise software solutions.
