Jr. HR – IT Recruitment

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 6–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries from students, freshers, and job seekers .
- Understand candidates' career goals and suggest suitable paid IT training programs .
- Counsel students and explain course benefits, duration, fees, career opportunities, and training process .
- Convert interested candidates into paid training enrollments .
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
- Generate daily candidate/student pipelines through calls, references, job portals, and social media.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews where required.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and paid joinings .




- Coordinate with the training and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates and ensure proper communication throughout the process.
- Achieve monthly paid training conversion targets .

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling ability.
- Basic understanding of IT Recruitment and IT Training Programs .
- Comfortable speaking with freshers and college students.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
