Role & responsibilities

1. Supports U.S. Tariff classification and HTS code mapping by collaborating with Logistics and IT teams under the SPEC-STAR automation project to ensure correct duty application, accurate customs classification, and compliance with U.S. import regulations. Success is measured by error-free classifications and on-time system updates
2. Reviews, updates, and manages Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for all incoming materials by organizing documents in SharePoint, extracting required chemical and mechanical properties, and ensuring clean,

complete uploads into SPEC-STAR and related systems. Success is measured by data completeness, traceability, and audit readiness..
1. Collect and analyze supplier compliance declarations (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, Conflict Minerals, etc.) to evaluate material compliance and fulfill global product regulatory requirements.
2. Coordinate CBAM-related data collection and reporting, including GHG emissions data from suppliers, and assist in generating quarterly reports for EU-bound products.
3. Communicate with global teams and suppliers to ensure timely collection of required documents and resolve data discrepancies.
