SV Gold & Silver Jewellery, Kondotty, Malappuram, Kerala is looking for a Sales, Accounts & Marketing Executive to join our jewellery showroom.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have an interest in jewellery sales, basic accounts and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gold and silver jewellery.

Assist with jewellery sales and customer enquiries.

Maintain customer details and follow up with enquiries.

Handle basic daily accounts, billing and cash or UPI records.

Maintain sales and customer records using computer and Excel.

Support Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital marketing activities.

Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.

Assist with local marketing and customer outreach activities.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.

Support day-to-day showroom operations.

Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements

Good communication and customer service skills.





Basic knowledge of computers and Excel.

Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Previous experience in jewellery sales, retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

What We Offer

Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
