Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.

- Build and consume REST APIs following best practices and design principles.

- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and queries.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS.

- Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker (Kubernetes exposure is a plus).

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

- Use Postman or similar tools for API testing and documentation.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 0-2 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.

- Strong knowledge of Java (8, 8+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.





- Proficiency in REST API design principles and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, optimization).

- Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).

- Proficiency in Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).

- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.

- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering principles.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Positive to Have

- Exposure to Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, AWSIOT, Kafka, etc.).

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
