Job Title: Java Backend Developer with Azure Cloud

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Location: Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with Azure Cloud expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, microservices architecture, and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.




- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Integrate applications with Azure services and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement security best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Java 8/11/17
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
- REST API Development and Integration
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage
- Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault
- Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
- CI/CD using Azure DevOps
- SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Git, Maven, Jenkins
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
- Knowledge of Kafka or Messaging Systems
