Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Job Requirements :
- 0.3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (staffing).
- Solid understanding of IT sourcing, technical hiring, niche hiring, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, volume hiring, mass hiring concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
