Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare month end reports (MER) and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
- Handle team responsibilities such as record to report (RTR), R2R, GL accounting, and team leading/management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting by reviewing and validating journal entries, MERs, and other financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in finance & accounts or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. (Finance) or B.Com (Commerce).
- Solid understanding of General Ledger Accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in preparing Journal Entries, MERs, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, GLAccounting etc.
