Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior execution, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The candidate must also be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing detailed working and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design requirements.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD working drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare/revise drawings according to site conditions.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, and furniture works.
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, material usage, and project progress.




- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Maintain daily site progress records and report delays, issues, and material requirements.
- Conduct snagging, rectification, and final quality checks before project handover.
- Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and basic safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- *2–5 years of experience** in interior site supervision or fit-out execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and detailed technical drawing preparation.
- Ability to read and prepare plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, site measurements, and execution methods.
- Good contractor, labour, and vendor coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality, or luxury interior projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
