About the Role

Lama Designs is looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in interior site execution and be capable of independently coordinating carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, civil workers, vendors and other site teams.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to approved designs, drawings, quality standards and committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects from site start to handover.
- Visit and supervise project sites on a daily basis.
- Study and understand 2D drawings, 3D designs, elevations and detailed execution drawings.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, civil, false ceiling, painting, flooring and other interior works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check site measurements and actual site conditions before execution.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to the site.
- Coordinate with our modular production/factory team for production and installation.
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality and material usage.
- Track project progress against the planned schedule.




- Identify delays and execution issues early and take corrective action.
- Manage and coordinate contractors and labour teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly site progress updates.
- Coordinate client site visits and communicate project progress professionally.
- Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure all pending works are closed before handover.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic safety practices at the site.
- Take responsibility for completing projects within the committed timeline and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in residential interior project execution/site supervision.
- Strong practical knowledge of interior execution and construction.
- Positive knowledge of carpentry and modular furniture installation.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring and civil works.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interior design drawings.
- Good understanding of measurements, materials and site requirements.
- Strong coordination and manpower-management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for project tracking.
- Must be willing to travel to different project sites across Bengaluru.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Candidates with experience in residential turnkey interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors will be preferred.
