Key Responsibilities

- Trade Execution: Fast, error-free execution of large-block orders for institutional clients (DIIs, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Corporate Treasuries) across Equity Cash and Derivatives (F&O;) segments.

- Client & Desk Engagement: Maintain active communication with institutional fund managers, dealers, and internal research/sales-trading desks during trading hours.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere strictly to SEBI, exchange guidelines, and internal risk limits for trade execution and dealing room decorum.

- Market Intelligence: Provide real-time market updates, block-deal intelligence, and order-flow feedback to institutional clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience:2 -7+ years of experience in Institutional Dealing / Equity Dealing with a reputed broking firm or financial services company.

- Mandatory Certification:Valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)

- Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with institutional trading terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Omnesys, NEAT, ODIN) and FIX protocol connectivity.

- Competencies:High numerical accuracy, ability to perform under pressure during peak market hours, and robust communication skills.
