- About the Role
- Legacy Linen is looking for a professional and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing hospitality sales team in Hyderabad.

- The role primarily involves handling inbound business enquiries, understanding client requirements, maintaining systematic follow-ups and converting qualified opportunities into business.

- Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to inbound enquiries generated through digital and other business channels.

- Connect with prospective clients over phone, WhatsApp and email.

- Understand and qualify client requirements before taking the opportunity forward.

- Maintain disciplined and timely follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.

- Coordinate internally for quotations, proposals and other information required by clients.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-up schedules.

- Re-engage prospective clients and older leads where appropriate.

- Build professional relationships with clients and work towards individual and team sales targets.

- Candidate Profile




- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Inbound Sales, Presales, Business Development or a similar client-facing role.

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional telephone etiquette and confidence in handling business clients.

- Good follow-up, organisational and relationship-management skills.

- Comfortable working with CRM/lead-management systems, WhatsApp, email and basic office applications.

- Prior experience handling digitally generated/inbound leads will be an advantage.

- Experience in hospitality or B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Good command of English and Hindi is required; Telugu is an added advantage.
