Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Management-oriented Electrical/Electronics Engineer with experience in product development and industrialization, who can work effectively with cross-functional teams across R&D;, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

The role will be responsible for supporting the industrialization of current electrical/electronic products and components, ensuring smooth transition from product development to series production.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support industrialization projects for electrical/electronic product categories.
- Drive industrialization activities for products/projects including CCL, TUNA V3/V4, ISM localization, Inverters, Motors and ESSENTIAL systems.
- Act as Sub-Project Lead for transferring newly developed products from concept/development stage to series production.
- Work closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and other stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Support COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) calculations and cost-down initiatives.
- Drive/support Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives.




- Support Make-or-Buy decisions, component localization and supplier-related industrialization activities.
- Manage phase-in / phase-out activities at component level.
- Follow up on PLM workflows, engineering changes and project milestones.
- Identify industrialization risks and coordinate with relevant functions for timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth transfer of products from development to manufacturing and series production.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes, cost and product industrialization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics engineering, R&D;, Product Development or Industrialization.
- Strong experience in project management and cross-functional project execution.
- Experience in transferring products from development/concept to series production.
- Good understanding of electrical/electronic products and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global/international engineering environment will be an advantage.
