- Lead and manage the end-to-end indirect procurement process, including sourcing, RFX processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), negotiations, and contract management for indirect spend categories (e.g., office supplies, IT services, marketing, facilities management, etc.).

- Conduct comprehensive market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors, assess their capabilities, and ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

- Develop and execute RFX strategies, ensuring that requests meet business objectives and are in line with company procurement policies and compliance standards.

- Craft precise, structured prompts for generative AI tools to fast track RFP, RFQ and supplier communication process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations, IT, Projects) to understand their indirect procurement needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of performance, quality, and service.

- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions support organizational objectives, minimize risk, and maximize value.

- Monitor and track supplier performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, savings, supplier performance, and market trends to senior management.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations,



and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the procurement function.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A relevant skilled certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.

- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in indirect procurement management, with a strong focus on the RFX process (RFI, RFP, RFQ).

- Deep understanding of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex procurement contracts.

- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar).

- Proven ability to query large datasets using AI tools.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
