What we are looking for

Are you passionate about driving data-backed decisions in the life sciences space? At ProcDNA, we’re expanding our Forecasting Team and are looking for someone at an Engagement Lead level with 4.5+ years of hands-on forecasting experience in the pharma domain.

What you’ll do

- Lead client discussions and deliver custom forecasts for pipeline, in-line, and LOE products
- Design, build, and validate patient-based, patient-flow, analog, and dynamic projection models to accurately simulate market behavior and product performance.




- Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal and external cross- functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across commercial, BD, and medical functions
- Develop internal tools and accelerators to enhance forecasting efficiency.
- Ensure model accuracy using market data and competitive insights.

Must have
- 4.5 - 6.5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, supporting decision-making across various stages of the product lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to adapt forecasting approaches to different market dynamics and therapeutic areas.
- Solid modeling capabilities using Excel and VBA. Good knowledge of integrating cloud capabilities within Excel
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques like Monte Carlo simulations, analog modeling, etc.
- Experience collaborating with global clients and stakeholders
