About the Role The Veritas House is hiring an Immigration Consultant to join our Skilled Migration vertical. In this role, you will own the end to end client journey from eligibility assessment through case strategy across Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Visitor/Tourist visas, and related pathways.

This is a client-facing, outcomes-owned role suited to a professional who is committed to rigorous, high integrity advisory work over transactional case processing.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

- Client Acquisition & Case Conversion - Consult with prospective clients, evaluate their profiles, and convert qualified leads into active engagements.
- Eligibility Assessment - Conduct rigorous eligibility reviews against target-country requirements, delivering realistic,



evidence-based probability assessments rather than inflated or generic point-chart estimates.
- Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing consistent status updates and responding to all queries within 48 hours.
- Process Adherence - Uphold and help refine The Veritas House's internal quality standards and SLA frameworks.

Work Model - Onsite Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Key Requirements (Eligibility)

- Prior experience in immigration consulting, visa advisory, or a comparable client-facing advisory capacity
- Strong working knowledge of at least one major immigration pathway (Canada PR, Australia PR, or Germany Opportunity Card preferred)
- Exceptional client communication skills, with the discipline to deliver honest assessments including declining unqualified profiles
- Meticulous attention to detail across documentation and compliance
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree required.
