You will be responsible for:
Partner with Consumer PBU leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen business decision-making and translate business priorities into transparent financial outcomes.
Provide strategic financial insights through profitability analysis, scenario modelling, business case evaluation and identification of key financial drivers, risks and prospects.
Lead demand and financial performance analysis, including volume and mix assessment, Actual vs. Projection variance analysis, and identification of actions to improve business performance.
Own the EBIT bridge and performance narrative against Previous Estimate (PE), Previous Year (PY) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing transparent insights into the impact of volume, mix, pricing, cost and productivity.
Lead forecasting and planning activities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring robust business assumptions, timely submissions and high-quality financial forecasts in TM1.
Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic projection process, challenging assumptions,



assessing business risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.
Monitor forecast accuracy and financial performance and proactively recommend corrective actions to close performance gaps and achieve business targets.
Lead the development of business dashboards, MIS and performance scorecards, ensuring leadership has timely, relevant and actionable financial and operational insights.
Drive preparation of Monthly Operating Review (MOR), forecast review and AOP decks, translating complex financial information into clear business narratives and recommendations for leadership discussions.
Lead channel-wise Consumer Replacement profitability analysis across products, customers and channels, identifying opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and overall business profitability.
Drive gross margin analysis and provide strategic insights into key profitability drivers
