Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership abilities, robust market knowledge, and a passion for driving business growth.

The role involves leading the sales team, developing channel partnerships, generating revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve productivity.
Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Generate recent business opportunities through networking, referrals,



and marketing initiatives.
Conduct property presentations, customer meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
Monitor sales funnel, bookings, collections, conversions, and customer follow-ups.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Ensure timely documentation, payment collections, and project sales closures.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
