We are looking for a confident, presentable, and proactive HR Recruiter Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, a professional tone of voice, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently interact with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding.

- Create and post job vacancies on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic screening/interviews with candidates.

- Assess candidates on communication, confidence, presentation, experience, and overall suitability.

- Explain the job role, responsibilities, company profile, and interview process clearly to candidates.





- Conduct follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and joining dates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- HR work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and professional tone of voice while speaking with candidates.

- Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with candidates professionally.

- Strong telephonic interview and candidate screening skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR/recruitment documentation.

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good leadership and team-handling abilities.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
