Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for HVAC technical and non-technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for HVAC-related positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for positions such as HVAC Design Engineer, HVAC Project Engineer, HVAC Project Manager, Estimation Engineer, Site Engineer, Service Engineer, Sales Engineer, and technicians.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer, joining date,



and documentation.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified HVAC professionals.

Required Qualifications Required Skill.
- Good sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience recruiting HVAC Engineers, Project Managers, Design Engineers, Estimation Engineers, Service Engineers, Site Engineers, Sales Engineers, and HVAC Technicians
