Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance.

Responsibilities include supporting employee relations, addressing employee queries, and helping implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with performance management processes,



and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring close collaboration with operational and management teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and basic HR software tools is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an agriculture, manufacturing, or supply chain workplace is an added advantage.
