About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in recruitment to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the End to End recruitment for non-tech positions, from understanding the job requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates proactively using job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Support employer branding efforts by representing the company positively to potential candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, making the hiring process smooth, engaging, and transparent.
- Collaborate with the HR team on offer roll-outs and pre-joining engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of recruitment experience (internships or freelance hiring experience can be considered).
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.




- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or MS Excel is a plus.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
