About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and an exceptional employee experience.

As the Human Resource Manager, you'll oversee the complete employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent and managing recruitment to driving employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to shape a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.




- Manage employee relations by providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
- Manage HRIS and other HR tools to maintain accurate employee data and reporting.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented, and psychologically safe work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes that support business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Robust understanding of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing HR documentation, HRIS, and employee records.
- Ability to support learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a technology-focused or AI-driven organization.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
